Yes. The coach pays the subscription; their athletes train for free. We don't charge athletes anything — no app-store upgrades, no in-app purchases, no nudge banners. This is intentional and structural to how Plyo is positioned: the coach is the customer, the athlete is the relationship.

We'll reach out before you hit the cap. You can either pay per extra athlete ($1.50/mo each, billed automatically), or upgrade to Team. Most coaches never hit 50.

30 days, no credit card. Build programs, invite athletes, run the loop. If it doesn't earn its keep by week four, we'll happily refund any coach who has paid after the trial.

No. Migration is included in your trial. We sit on a video call, you share your existing source, and our team rebuilds your top programs in Plyo's structure. Three sessions on average. Faster if you only have one or two flagship programs.
