I'm an athlete — how do I get started?
Your coach sends an invite (SMS, email, or a link with a 6-digit code). Download Plyo, enter the code, and your first program lands on the Today screen. No credit card — athletes are free when invited by a paying coach.
Does Plyo really work without internet?
Yes — by design. Today's workout, the next seven days of exercise videos, and all your coach's voice notes are downloaded the moment you have WiFi. The app runs entirely from on-device storage during training. Logs flush back when you reconnect. The gym basement does not break Plyo.
I'm a coach — can I try Plyo before migrating my roster?
30-day free trial, no card. Create a coach account, add one test athlete, and run a single-day program end-to-end to see the loop. When you're ready, we'll help you migrate from TrueCoach, TrainHeroic, or spreadsheets — typically three calls over two weeks.
My athlete's workout didn't sync. What now?
Open the app on WiFi and pull-to-refresh on the Today screen. Pending uploads flush automatically. If still missing after two minutes, email support@plyo.app with the athlete's name and session date — we keep a 90-day server-side sync log we can match against.
Can I export my data?
Any coach or athlete can request a full CSV export of training history, check-ins, and messages. Email support@plyo.app from the account address; we'll send a signed URL within one business day. PR videos export as a zip of original-quality files.
How does billing work for coaches?
One subscription per coach. Up to 50 active athletes included. Athletes never see a billing screen. Annual billing saves 20%; switch periods anytime under Settings → Billing. Invoices and receipts auto-email after each charge.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your identifiers and any media you uploaded. If you're a coach with active athletes assigned, you'll be asked to reassign them or notify them first. Deletion is permanent after a 14-day grace period.
